Xipe Projects is home to the collection of Peter and Roberta Markman, 
a life-long endeavor comprised of more than 4,000 individual examples of Latin American masks and popular art.  

​While the collection contains many examples of popular art taken from a variety of regions in Latin America, the majority were collected from various locations in Mexico and Guatemala between the late 1960's and the early 1990's.
